Senior Financial Analyst - Host Analytics / Planful Required in Irvine, CA at Vaco **Location:****Experience:**At least 5 year(s) **Job Description**Vaco is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst Consultant for a client of ours in Irvine, CA. Qualified candidates must have a strong background in financial analysis with working experience with Planful / Host Analytics being required. This would be a fully remote consulting / contract engagement looking to identify candidates urgently.**Responsibilities:*** Support Regional and Finance leadership in their achievement of financial goals* Budgeting / forecasting* Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance, and provide recommendations for achieving targets* Assists in building projections and forecast models for short- and long-term financial planning.* Supports key Business and Finance leaders in Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.**Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field of study (Finance or Accounting preferred).* 5+ years relevant work experience in financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis.* Experience with Planning, Reporting, BI and visualization systems required; Planful / Host Analytics required* Advanced excel modeling skills required* Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills required. Must demonstrate ability to successfully interact effectively with all levels in the organization.* High level of initiative and critical thinking to formulate business issues into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions.
