The RT assists in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiopulmonary diseases and related disorders in a professional and competent manner. The RT participates in providing patient and family education. The RT may assess a patient's respiratory status and recommends appropriate therapy. Education: Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy or a Certificate of Completion from an AMA accredited program in Respiratory care is required. Experience: 1 years of acute care experience care preferred. Certification/Licensure: MA Respiratory Care licensure, completion of one general clinical practices credentialing examinations from the NBRC and hold a current CRT or a RRT, NRP (within 6 months of hire), BLS; PALS and ACLS preferred Software/Hardware: Experience with Meditech is preferred.Application InstructionsPlease click on the link below to apply for this position.
