Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Remote

R+L Carriersis expanding its Information Technology Department and has an immediate opening for a Content Strategist at our Ocala, FL Service Center. Successful candidates will work within the Information Technology Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Generate informational, transactional, commercial content for web sites, adhering to SEO best practicesLead, conversion and traffic generation using key social media and SEO toolsets like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, others as well curating followers, building online relationships, organic keyword development and driving traffic to our web sites (USA Customs Clearance, USA Truckload Shipping, Fulfillment & Distribution, etc.)Develop conversion experiments, create competition comparison reports and analysis, continued organic keyword growth, development of landing pages, search engine optimizationDevelop integration with R+L and other owned sites with social media properties such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and others.Create and manage social media content calendars, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring of engagement metrics.Assist with internal and external marketing efforts, including design and social media, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Qualifications:

Demonstrated and core understanding of the Google search algorithmExperience in various conversion experiments to improve placement and rankingWhite hat techniques and knowledge of organic listingGoogle Analytics Certified a plusKnowledge of Hootsuite Enterprise reporting a plusSearch Engine Optimization experience with Google, Bing and YahooDemonstrated self-started with ability to leveraging Social Media as a business toolPR experience, SEM skills necessaryExcellent Customer Service skills necessaryMust be team-oriented, able to work in fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsExperience in Social Media presences (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)Experience with Twitter APIs, Facebook APIs a plusHTML and CSS skills a plusDemonstrated ability to stay current with technology trends, evaluating applicable technologies for use within the company.
