The Welder lays out, fits, and welds fabricated, cast, and forged components to assemble structure forms such as machinery frames, tanks, pressure vessels, furnace shells, and building and bridge parts.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Select equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding processes.Position, align, and fit components together using bolts, clamps, and tack welds.Set up equipment and weld parts using various welding techniques.Assemble parts by bolting and riveting.Repair products and dies through dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling using welding and grinding techniques.We value your hard work and dedication!
