As an
Assistant General Manager (AGM) , your primary responsibilities include:
Leading by example, living the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of BozzutoContributing to the achievement of established financial objectives by collecting resident rent, posting rental receipts and managing delinquencyAchieving occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community which result in new leasesBuilding brand loyalty and reaching resident retention goals by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positiveEnsuring that the community's interior and exterior are impeccable, and the team appropriately represents the Bozzuto brand with a crisp, professional appearanceRespectfully coaching and mentoring team members when the PM/GM is not presentWorking weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home-one to two weekends per month with two days off during the weekYou Create Value by:Building a motivating environment that encourages your team to give their very bestStepping in and taking responsibility for leading when the GM is not presentConnecting with people by engaging in meaningful conversations that demonstrate your concern and genuine desire to make them feel at homeTaking responsibility for solving customers issues with care and enthusiasmJumping in and covering for your team members when neededSeeking out opportunities to get to know and understand your residentsWhat You Bring to Us:A college degree2+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industriesExposure to rent collection processes, budgets and account receivablesProficient in leveraging social media platforms such asFacebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging anddistinctive contentOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalA sharp professional appearanceCompetent with industry software (YARDI preferred), apps and computer programsSales aptitudeWhat We Bring You:

Competitive compensation.
Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 (Plus additional bonus opportunities).Health & wellness benefits.
