Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, NIH, ACLS Must-Have: ICU experience Job Description: - Opportunity to work in a Medical, Surgical Stroke ICU, and BMT oncology ICU.- Float occasionally, focusing on maintaining effective patient care.- Collaborate with a team-oriented staff to ensure comprehensive care.- Manage patient care activities using Fresenius dialysis machines, Phillips bedside monitors, Plump 360, Sapphire PCA pumps, Arctic Sun, Bear Hugger, SWAN, EV1000, and Vigileo monitors.- Utilize Cerner electronic medical records system for patient documentation.- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2 in a 6-bed unit setting.- Ensure compliance with the dress code: Galaxy Blue scrubs.- Be adaptable to various patient needs and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.This is a replacement position for an existing contractor role.
