Must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.Two years of CT surgery PA experience preferred.Position-specific knowledge and skills required:
Proficient with saphenous vein harvest (open and endoscopic) and tube thoracostomyManagement of ventilators and critically ill patientsIn-depth knowledge of and experience in titrating inotropic and pressor medicationsEfficient with placement of central lines, arterial lines (femoral, radial), Swan-Ganz catheters, and chest tubes
