is currently seeking to hire an Automation Analyst to support our work at the NIH. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients to gather requirements and execute development of small business and scientific apps in Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding, a self-starter, as well as excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirementsDesign, develop and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)Build data models, forms, and workflows in Power AppsCreate dashboards and visualizations in Power BI with connections to data sourcesConfigure business processes and workflows in Power AutomateManage and troubleshoot technical issues related to the Power Platform solutionsContinuously monitor and optimize the performance of the Power Platform applicationsProvide technical guidance and training to clients on Power Platform usageExperience Required / RequirementsBachelors degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent prior experienceStrong technical experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, etc)Proven experience in specifically developing data models, forms, dashboards, and workflows in Power AppsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skillsBase understanding in Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure cloud principles) and desire to grow and learn further in these areasPrevious consulting experience is a plusKnowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plusMicrosoft certifications from related areas PL-400, PL-500, PL-600Base understanding of UI/UX principles in app design and developmentProgramming background or general low/no-code platform experienceBenefits100% Medical Dental & Vision Coverage for Employees?Educational Benefits for Career Growth?Paid Time Off (Including Holidays) ?Employee Referral Bonus ?Profit Sharing401K Matching?Flexible Spending Accounts:Healthcare (FSA)Parking Reimbursement Account (PRK)Dependent Care Assistant Program (DCAP)Transportation Reimbursement Account (TRN)The diversity of Axles employees is a tremendous asset.
