As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the worlds best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce the opening of an Accountant!The Accountant will support Fleet Management by analyzing and responding to financial statement inquiries from assigned operating groups. This role will generate reports by developing system queries and create process documentation as needed. This position also handles general ledger accounts, analyzes reports, resolves issues and variances, and calculates/prepares end of month entries.This position offers a starting salary range of $53,000 - $63,000 per year depending upon relevant experience and skill level. The Accountant role is a full-time, Hybrid position with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8-5pm CST.This is a Hybrid position requiring two days a week in-office at our operations center. Not only is that great for business (as seen in our global growth and success) its also great for employees.Responsibilities:Responsibilities include:Perform financial statement preparation and analysis for selected Fleet Management groupsAssemble bank reconciliation and account schedulesPrepare journal entries, expense accruals and allocationsParticipate in a timely and accurate month-end closing processAnalyze income statement fluctuations for assigned branchesProvide process improvement and cost saving ideas
Support budgeting and forecastingMay be responsible for travel & expense (T&E) reports, coding, account classification and reimbursement amounts
