What you will do
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidated external financial statements (10K, 10Q, etc.) in accordance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsSupport the quarterly review and annual audit processesMaintain familiarity of accounting pronouncements and disclosure requirements to assist stakeholders with questionsPrepare quarterly disclosure checklist in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulationsAdhere to various control procedures and edit checks to ensure the integrity of reported financial resultsIdentify issues for follow-up and resolution with respective stakeholdersWork on accounting research and assist in the interpretation and implementation of complex reportingWhat we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting2-3 years experience in accounting/financeExposure to financial statements and/or external (SEC) reportingExcellent analytical, conceptual, communication and business partnering skillsExcellent presentation skillsGood technical research skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent inter-personal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levelsSelf-directed and motivated to continuously improve processesDesired Qualifications
CPA, CMA, Chartered Accountant, CGMA or other professional accounting qualificationExperience in public accounting and/or a public company environmentWhat's in it for you
