Numbers obtained are used to verify inventory accuracy and make adjustments as necessary.**Job Duties:**The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.- Complete daily cycle counts physically counting the product. Priority for counts are determined by work order status followed by counts needed by Inventory Supervisor- Reconcile inventory reports- Maintain work area in clean and orderly status- Use E21 for inventory purposes- Investigate inventory discrepancies and report to the Inventory Supervisor / Accounting / Customer Service- Use forklift / reach truck or other powered industrial equipment to move product around in work area- Enforce all inventory procedures throughout the plant.- Assist with year end physical inventory- All other duties as assigned**Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or Equivalent required* At least 6 months of related experience to become familiar with processes and procedures* Ability to work in a cooler environment (temperatures are typically around 38-40 F)* Experience with a Windows-based computer system* Ability to read and comprehend documents such as sales orders, slips, inventory records, and receiving documents* Ability to write standard documentation* This position requires forklift certification**Conditions of Employment:**Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (excluding marijuana).Summarize any special skills and qualifications acquired from employment or other experiences that may qualify you for work with Winona Foods.
