based on experience.401(k) plan with a match.Paid holidays.Medical, vision, life insurance and disability plans, as well as flexible spending and health saving accounts .We offer wellness programs focused on your physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing so you can live and work at your best every day.Benefits and perks for you, your family and even your pets.Schedule: 3 day weekends!!Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pmWednesday 8:00am - 5:00pmThursday 8:00am - 5:00pmFriday every other 8:00am - 12:00pmResponsibilities:As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.Develop a relationship with the patient.Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications:

1 year of experience working as a Dental AssistantHigh school diploma or GED.Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with Dental Softwares as Open Dental, is preferred.Apply today and learn how you would be a great fit for our amazing dental team!Our commitment to inclusion is woven into the core of who we are.
