Job Summary:

Employees in this role are considered support staff for office management needs. This includes secretarial duties and clerical responsibilities. Employees are also responsible for the tracking and monitoring of all CBYCS referrals and performing other Manage Care Entities andprocess and procedures. This includes assuring performance specifications are followed, marketing of program, analyzing data, and reporting on referrals, waitlist, and discharges.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greeting clients/families either by phone or in person.Guide clients/families through the admission process.Assist clients/families filling out/providing required documentation, gathering information needed to process referrals and determine medical necessity.Communicate with clients/families about insurance status and cost, when applicable.Ensure workers have the most updated information about the clients/families assigned to their caseload.Connect clients/families with assigned worker or supervisor when needed.Basic crisis management skills; knowledge on crisis procedure.Handling complaints from clients/families, redirecting them to the appropriate manager.Minimum Qualifications:

High School Degree or equivalentAt least two (2) years' experience on office managementBilingual English/Spanish requiredProficient on Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings as required
