delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America's largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for our
Waterpark Lifeguard
position. In this role, you will be responsible for the safety of guests/associates in all pools, hot tubs, slides, attractions, and interactive features in all the waterpark areas; applying life-saving skills and first aid to any guest who is in need.
We do require that you have a background consisting of a Lifeguard Instructor certification in waterpark/special facilities required or the ability to train in and pass certification requirements to become a lifeguard. Kalahari will pay for your certification, and you must be at least 15 years of age.
Additional required skills include:
Good verbal communication.Ability to speak English effectively.Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.Minimum of 1 year lifeguard experience is preferred but now required.Experience working in a large resort or recreational/waterpark venue is helpful.If your background is what we're seeking and your personality is one of service to others, please consider joining our growing and industry leading team.
