We are seeking a motivated Quality Technician for our Molding 2ndshift!
Duties & ResponsibilitiesAlways practice Safety protocols (including LOTO, and PPE)Be able to identify quality issues and address each issue appropriatelyHave strong problem-solving capabilities, prioritize activities to coordinate with customer requirements.To exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment.To demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement.Follow Company policies and display conduct expected of IAC employees as described in the Work Plant Rules and Work Safety Rules.To meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of IAC.Participate and support all lean, continuous improvement programs, initiatives, and activities.Assist operations to meet or exceed daily production goals and departmental objectives as directed.Daily process audits based on product audit schedule and requirementsCreate Quality Alerts and communication flow downContainment participationWork overtime as needed in accordance with Company PolicyPerform all assigned tasks per the SOP (standard operating procedures), manufacturing alerts, safety alerts and quality alerts.Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:
High school Diploma or GED required.Experience with computers and data entry preferred.Strong problem solving, Delegating, Conflict resolution, Communication, Motivational and Team building skills.Provide the highest level of customer service to every employee on the floor.Experience with Excel spreadsheetsHigh level of organization skills (computer documents, files, information, keeping in order and well organizedBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredIAC Perks:
