If you are accepted in the program, you will be a full-time employee earning your CNA license.Upon successful completion of the class, you will be placed in a full time CNA position at Hawthorne House, with the eligibility to receive a $2,500 sign on bonus (paid out incrementally in your paychecks) and a pay increase to $21.00 per hour!
