Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst is a memberof the Accounting and Finance team.Thisindividual will be working on financial reporting and analysis.This also includes training, reportdevelopment, and troubleshooting.Inaddition to the day to day duties, this role is critical in supporting ourculture of reporting integrity, strong governance practices, controls,operational efficiencies, and financial data accuracy and accessibility.The financial reporting system utilized is OneStream.

Job SummaryData validation (data integrity)Provide user support and other ad hoc requestsAssist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and reportingCreate/modify financial reports including financial ratios and KPIsSet up and maintain reporting tools - OneStream and Excel modelsCreate user-defined reportsInternal & external quarterly and yearly audit supportWork closely with management and end-usersCreate and maintain custom reports to support both monthly and ad-hoc reportingRequired Skills and Qualifications

Month-end and quarterly consolidation and reportingVariance analysis: actuals, budget, forecasts, etc.Proven experience with OneStream, Hyperion Reporting and Planning or similar reporting applicationsDevelop financial reports including financial statements, dashboards, scorecards, and graphsUnderstanding of relational databasesRequired Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance requiredA minimum of 2 years related experienceMust possess intermediate Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Access is a plusKnowledge of computerized accounting systems, OLAP reporting tools, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and financial reportingOneStream and Essbase experience is a plusStrong critical thinking skills including systems and business analysis, problem analysis and resolution, good judgment and decision making abilityMust possess excellent communication and people skills to successfully support usersWorking knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and planning processesBusiness Analysis and project managementAble to balance multiple priorities, assess and adjust workload as neededAbility to work under tight deadlines
