California Wealth Transitions is a rapidly growing firm with over $800 million in assets under management. CWT provides highly personalized financial planning and wealth management services to over 600 families. Our focus is on families going through a wealth transition. We are an organization that genuinely cares about each other and our clients.What You'll Do::The Associate Financial Advisor will provide technical and client relationship management support to seasoned members of the Advisory Team. Attend client and prospect meetings and take detailed notes including assigning tasks for meeting action items. You will be handling transactions for the firms clients as well as support day to day relationships and participate in client meetings. You may also conduct solo meetings with clients as appropriate. The Associate Financial Advisor will be responsible for developing financial plans, projections and reports. Reviewing portfolio performance and performing research regarding complex client issues, including estate and tax law. You will also work with other advisors to attract additional clients through referrals, networking/social/community activities.What You Bring::CFP designation or candidate, financial services or consultative sales experience.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail, poised, organized and efficient.Able to manage multiple tasks with urgency and prioritize.Experience with CRM, financial planning, and portfolio management software preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for Client Service
