Overview:
Scope of Responsibilities:
Works under direct supervision of Pharmacy Operations Supervisor and Pharmacists. Follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Job Summary: Assist pharmacy staff in organization, filling, and packaging of prescriptions.
Responsibilities:Job Duties:Assist in the stocking of inventory from supplier ordersRestock workstation and freezers with filling suppliesPrepare packaging and cooler boxes for daily prescription fulfillmentFacilitate transfer of prepared packages to shipping vendors (UPS/FedEx)Perform housekeeping duties necessary to maintain a professional environmentResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Attendance Requirements:Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts.
Educational Requirements:Minimum: High School Diploma or GEDPreferred: Pharmacy Technician or related certificationExperience:Experience in a customer service related field3-6 months experience as a pharmacy technician preferredSpecial Conditions of Employment:Drug testInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoringAny and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific positionCompensation$15.50-17.00 per hour.The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state
