On-Site Paint Technician

**Job Summary** Streamline Recon is growing all over Texas and has an immediate position available for Auto Paint Technician to paint surfaces of vehicles using spray-painting equipment, power tools, and work aids utilizing specific surface preparation and painting techniques. Our onsite Paint Technicians receive all the tools and supplies for the job along with advanced training. This is a great opportunity to join an amazing company that is spreading throughout Texas! This position includes excellent pay and an excellent benefits package.The current position is a very high volume client so the ideal candidate will be very aggressive to push volume out with a high level of quality. This is for an experienced high-production tech.**Benefits*** Health, Vision, Dental Insurance* Life Insurance* Paid Time Off* Growth Opportunities* Promote from Within* Paid Training**Salary:** Commissioned based pay from $7,000 to $14,000 per month**Responsibilities*** Paint surfaces of vehicles using spray-painting equipment, power tools and work aids utilizing specific surface preparation and painting techniques* Inspect panels to be painted for body repair, prepping and/or buffing defect* Sand, mask, blend, and polish finish to match surrounding areas. Using a brush, apply or retouch paint as necessary* May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) including Saturdays as business needs dictate* This is a high-production job with lots of spot blends and quick work. Must be able to move around and stay busy!**Qualifications*** 1 - 2 years auto painting experience required.
