Sr Accountant

Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!Job Summary:Analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsPrepare account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.Review the open PO's and record the necessary accruals.Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries and month-end close procedures.Assists in preparing and posting all entries and reconciliation for month-end close.Reviews various calculations and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and recommends and implements changes as needed.Researches, analyzes, and uses independent judgment in a variety of daily and non-routine decisions affecting assigned function.Coordinate Intercompany Payable/ Intercompany Receivable reconciliations between parent company and subsidiaries.Prepare audit schedules and assist the auditors in their inquiries.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.Should have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.Candidate should be self-motivated, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a dynamic environment.Good communication and presentation skillsContinuously identify opportunities for process improvement.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP functions, etc.) a Plus.Experience with NetSuite (Oracle Application), Concur and Coupa is preferred.*************************************************Annual Salary Guidelines: $100,000 - $120,000Qualys is an Equal Opportunity Employer, please see our EEO policy.
