Vice President of Information Technology

The VP of Information Technology is responsible for organizing and managing the deployment and operations of network infrastructure, software application systems, database systems, cybersecurity systems, telecommunication systems and all end user systems. This position is also responsible for creating and producing metric values and reporting related to production service performance and quality; diagnosing and resolving complex problems; and manages resources according to strategic initiatives.
What you'll do:
Coordinate, plan and lead technology related activities in alignment with the credit union plans and needs.Develop and maintain applications and Integrations between critical systems for the credit union.Ensures all appropriate data and physical security measures are in place and operational to protect all the credit union information assets.Oversee and monitor service/help desk operations to ensure that end users receive positive and timely responses and solutions.Develop and maintain an IT Strategic Plan, in line with the overall credit union strategy.Prepares and manages budgets related to IT operations, including software, hardware, cloud and service costs.Stays abreast of emerging threats, technologies and best practices to continually enhance security posture.What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.5-7 years of similar experience supporting IT needs in a diverse environmentFirm understanding of cybersecurity and Infrastructure systems.Knowledge of network operations and all related computer hardware and software.5-7 years of management experience.
