REWORK OPERATOR, 1 st & 2 nd Shifts Available1 st shift - Monday-Thursday 5am-330pm2 nd shift - Monday-Thursday 330pm-2amRoles and Responsibilities

Check foot straps for ESD compliance as neededFollows ISO process sheet for the operation.Adheres to all quality and safety guidelinesParticipate in performance feedbackUsing tweezers, solder extractor, solder iron, hot air pencil and hot air reflow, will rework printed circuit boards per specificationsMust be detailed and meticulous in work and able to solder preciselyWill be knowledgeable of rework aids: solder braid, flux, flux-core solder, solder paste isopropyl alcoholMay use visual aids to rework boardWill keep records in quality system, i.e. parts tracking, defect locations and specific issues with the boardsEnters scrap information into quality systemAdditional duties as necessaryEssential Job Functions
