The Urgent Care Admin Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for the program, including correspondence, data input, scanning, assembling EMR files, and other general duties. Our ideal candidate will have administrative skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail. Computer literacy and skill in the use of computers and related software applications and office equipment is a must.

Responsibilities:

Triages client phone calls and provides triage supports to individuals inquiring into services through CBHC and Urgent CareProvides administrative and clerical support for the program, including correspondence, data input, scanning, assembling EMR files, and other general dutiesProvide assistance to Clinical staff in scheduling clients for appointments, including reminder calls and correspondenceRegisters new patients and updates existing patients' information, including the collection of all eligibility documentsMaintains up to date knowledge of insurance regulations to ensure correct data entry of client insurance information and answer any questions clients may have about insurance coverage as it pertains to Eliot servicesAssists in maintaining client medical records including but not limited to verifying and updating all demographic and insurance information at the time of serviceTriages medication messages and appropriately escalate in accordance with the workflow set forth by EliotAssists clinical team in all prior authorizations, including but not limited to service authorizations and medication PAsAssists teams in communication with other providers and businesses as neededQualifications:

A High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to initiate and follow through on tasksDemonstrated understanding of regulations as pertains to HIPAA, client privacy, confidentiality and disclosure of medical informationMust have skills to establish supportive relationships with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses and respect for their preferences for treatment

Rate: $23.08/hr.

Schedule: 10am-6pm

Bilingual candidates preferred and eligible to receive a 6% differential if fluent.
