Hair Color Science team

What’s the Job?
Prepare lab batches for hair color applications and conduct testing to verify release criteria.
Conduct stability and efficacy testing, detailing experiments, analyzing results, and summarizing conclusions.
Maintain documentation of lab results, conclusions, and next steps.
Assist in sourcing raw materials and data by contacting suppliers and in-house experts.
Support hair color scientists in developing new hair color formulations.
What’s Needed?
BS/MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
0-4 years of experience in hair color formulation or consumer products.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel).
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and methodologies.
