Its about providing clarity and hope.The Sales Director is a front-line sales leader responsible for execution of the commercial sales strategy for profitable growth in geographic area for general and specialized laboratory sales and service representatives.This is a field-based sales leadership position covering Central/Northern Colorado and statewide Wyoming.Duties and Responsibilities:Hire and retain an effective sales team of Account Executives and Account ManagersCoach, motivate and develop sales talentEstablish regional action plans and market strategiesSet metrics and accountability standards to drive performance towards goalsManage and measure sales force performance and provide feedback to repsConduct district analytics and market intelligenceMarshal and manage resources to solve problems and achieve plansSupport key account developmentProvide input to regional marketing effortsAccountabilities/Metrics:Development and execution of sales planAchievement of quota (retention and growth)Client attritionPrice realizationSelling costsSales force attritionTalent development targets (pipeline, hiring, training)Knowledge:Knows the healthcare industry (payors/providers) and general economics of businessDiagnostics/laboratory experienceSkills:Solid PC skills including Outlook, Excel, SalesForce.Com, SAVOEducation:Bachelors Degree (Required)This is a base salary plus commission opportunity.While we appreciate and value our staffing partners, we do not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies.
