We are currently looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

Position Summary:The Customer Onboarding Specialist processes new accounts utilizing various systems, pulls equipment from inventory, programs terminals, processes returns and ships/receives equipment. This position also serves the merchant processing application process from the time the merchant submits their application to the time the application gets approved or declined. This position holder will scrub and validate the application for accuracy as well as communicate with the assigned merchant regarding any pending information that may be needed until a final status is reached.

Key Responsibilities:Complete all deployment orders for Direct Sales, including entering new orders accurately.Identify, research and resolve deployment issuesProvide professional and expert communication via phone and e-mail regarding deployment inquiries and requestsIdentify and communicate inconsistencies and missing information to internal departments.Prepare, configure and ship equipmentComplete file builds for new accountsProcess returned equipment and update merchant accounts accordinglyMaintain inventory count and assist with placing new equipment ordersProvide professional and expert communication via phone and e-mail inquiriesComplete statement analysis with an understanding of the different rate grid within Direct Sales to ensure savings for each merchantScrub all received application for accuracy prior to validatingBe the liaison between merchants and the Paysafe Underwriting departmentProvide merchants with realistic expectations of the "next step"Assist other departments with submitting DocuSign requestsAlert management of unusual, at risk situations or escalations from the Payment Specialist and/or assigned merchantIdentify gaps, opportunities for improvementAccomplish targeted performance objectives with a positive, self-motivated and can-do attitudeKey Skills:

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsHigh level of integrity and trustworthiness due to the sensitivity and confidentiality of the data that is handledOrganized with great follow up skillsAbility to work in multiple systemsMust be adaptable, flexible and work well in a team environmentMust be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
