Buckman is looking for a Director of Tax and Treasury. This individual will manage all of Buckman's federal, state, and local tax programs and will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's banking relationships under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax lawsWork with legal and operations to create simplified and creative ways to minimize the company's effective tax rateManage and maintain global treasury, banking and investment programsManage the forecasting and staging of capitalAssist in management of global insurance programsImprove cash management process and controlsPrepare all tax related financial reportsResearch and stay up to date on all new applicable tax provisionsLead global tax planning strategy including but not limited to income, transfer pricing, and significant indirect taxesEssential Job RequirementsAccounting or Tax degree from accredited 4-year universityCertified Public Accountant (CPA)5+ years in Corporate Tax Leadership RoleWillingness to do a high degree of original work
