The candidate for this position will be responsible for:New business development in commercial banking to ensure that company growth and profitability objectives are metDeveloping new commercial banking relationships for the bank and, when appropriate, service existing commercial business depository and/or loan relationships to identify additional sales opportunitiesEnsuring timely and accurate assessment of risks, while also ensuring that credit relationships are risk-rated appropriatelyMeeting compliance and regulatory standards for all bank products and commercial servicesRequirements for the position include:

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skillsWorking knowledge of risk-based lending and should be able to analyze financial statementsThe ability to work late and/or flexible hoursPreferred qualifications for this position include:

A minimum of five years of experience in Commercial Lending practices preferred
