Key Activities and Position ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Scheduling:o Develop a detailed project plan outlining all phases, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.

o Define the project scope, objectives, and timelines.

o Create a resource allocation plan and ensure availability of required resources.

Stakeholder Management:o Identify all stakeholders and define their roles and responsibilities.

o Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and address their concerns.

o Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure their expectations are managed.

Team Management:o Assemble and lead the project team, ensuring that all team members are clear on their tasks and responsibilities.

o Foster a collaborative team environment and resolve conflicts.

o Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed.

Budget and Cost Management:o Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring costs are kept within agreed limits.

o Monitor and control project expenditures and ensure efficient use of resources.

o Handle any budget-related issues and make necessary adjustments.

Risk Management:o Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

o Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to address them.

o Ensure there are contingency plans in place for critical risks.

Communication Management:o Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure timely and effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.

o Ensure that project status, issues, and changes are clearly communicated.

o Maintain documentation and reports on project progress.

Quality Management:o Ensure that the project deliverables meet the required quality standards.

o Implement quality control processes and conduct regular quality assurance checks.

o Address any quality issues promptly.

Change Management:o Manage any changes to the project scope, schedule, or resources.

o Ensure that changes are properly documented, communicated, and approved.

o Mitigate the impact of changes on the project.

Vendor and Partner Management:o Coordinate with external vendors and partners involved in the SAP ERP implementation.

o Manage contracts, ensure deliverables are met, and address any vendor-related issues.

Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support:o Develop and execute a go-live plan (cut over plan), ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

o Provide support during the initial phase after go-live to address any issues.

o Ensure that the project is properly closed, with all documentation and knowledge transfer completed.

Compliance and Governance:o Ensure that the project adheres to organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

o Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance.

Bachelor's degree within a technical discipline or related fieldPMP certification PreferredAdvanced knowledge of MS Office including MS Project5+ years of SAP Project Management experience managing large scale projects.Experience with SAP Cloud projects/implementations (S/4 HANA Cloud Public or S/4 HANA Cloud Private) would be preferred. •Knowledge of SAP Activate MethodologyExpert Proficiency with SAP Finance and ERP modules.Experience leading a conversion project within a finance platform.Good change management experience
