PUNCH PRESS OPERATOR (SMALL AND LARGE PRESSES)We are seeking someone to fill our Washer Set-Up and Run position. An ideal candidate will have hadprevious machine operating experience and will have worked in a metal stamping environment. Thisrole will be responsible for setting up and operating various presses throughout the shop.

Shift: Monday to Friday: 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. Training during first shift 8am to 4:30 pm

Pay:20$-28$ DOE

Work conditions:*401K w/ match*PTO is accrual, 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to a max of 48 hours.2nd year (starting July 1st) is 80 hours of PTO front-loaded.*8 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays*Short Term Disability*Life Insurance*Health, Dental, Vision insurance.*Various parties for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Birthdays/Anniversaries celebrated and posted on company-wide billboards.*Celebrations are organized through the community function of the HRIS, fostering a sense of community among employees.*Company picnics, various pizza parties for good sales weeks etc.

Responsibilities:*Set-up and operate punch presses and support equipment.*Consistently set up all presses 60 tons and above.*Perform operations such as blanking, bending, punching, and forming based on blueprints and other instructions.*Read and understand blueprints, routing sheets and/or work instructions to determine specifications.*Measure completed work and use shop math to verify conformance to specifications.*Maintain production efficiencies of 80% greater once trained.*Other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Skills:*Experience in the metal stamping industry.*One (1) year of manufacturing experience.

Education:High School

Qualifications:*Understand tolerances such as +/- .005.*Read, understand, and follow all policies, processes, and procedures.*Proficient with basic computer skills.*Lift up to 50 pounds.*Possess or be willing to purchase the required inspection and hand tools upon acceptance of thejob offer.
