Position ResponsibilitiesDiscuss treatment options, potential side effects, and expected outcomes with patients and their families.Collaborate with medical physicists and dosimetrists to develop individualized radiation therapy treatment plans.Monitor patients during treatment to assess response and manage any side effects.Work closely with oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive cancer care.

QualificationsMedical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.Residency training in radiation oncology.Board certification in radiation oncology.Florida medical license and appropriate certifications to practice radiation oncology.
