Senior Frontend Developer

TITLE: Senior Angular DeveloperLOCATION: Atlanta, Ga or Birmingham, AL REMOTEANTICIPATED DURATION: 12+ MonthJob Summary:This position will be responsible for the development of web application user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as frameworks such as Angular. The work will be focused on developing customer-facing applications for a wide variety of browser environments and devices. To excel you?ll need a solid understanding of all major desktop and mobile browser behaviors, responsive web design techniques, interface defect troubleshooting, and graceful fallback strategies for unsupported browsers. This role will be highly collaborative with UX designers, .NET developers, and project stakeholders to ensure an excellent user experienceSenior Angular Developer Responsibilities:Collaborate with UX designers, analysts, and fellow developers to gather and refine project requirementsImplement existing UI design deliverables such as prototypes, wireframes, and style guides into functioning codeWork directly with back-end developers to ensure that the user interface is integrated as-intendedTest all completed views in a variety of browsers and devicesTroubleshoot and resolve any user interface defects between browsersSenior Angular Developer Requirements:Results-oriented, product focused excellent ability to work cross functionallyExceptional observation and listening skills; ability to recognize user experience needs and convert into product designAbility to work well with a team; values the project, company and co-workersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong understanding of web application coding best practicesProficiency with Visual Studio and familiarity with .NET application development preferredAn available portfolio or samples of work - please supply a sample URL or link to your online portfolio as well as contact info (please be extremely clear re: what parts of sample work you implemented)Senior Angular Developer Preferred Experience:At least 5+ years of front-end/UI development experienceStrong background and hands-on experience in developing with Angular (2+) & SCSS CSS (Sass) preferredWorking knowledge of the Bootstrap frameworkFamiliarity with integrating third-party UI controls (e.g. Kendo UI, etc.)Strong knowledge of user interface design processes, particularly as applied to Web-based applicationsAdept at creating responsive web interfaces that work seamlessly from mobile devices to large desktop monitorsThe hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
