WHAT YOU'LL DOAdvise clients on financial strategies and other decisionsAssess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditionsVendor management through contracted servicesAssist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s)Develop RFP and Scope of works for projectsAssist Board of Directors with action items and to do-listsAttend and Conduct Board of Director meetingsWHY YOU MATTER

5+ years experience managing homeowners associations, HOA (i.e. condo association)Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residentsAbility to advise and direct the Board to make the necessary decisionsAbility to build rapport with clients and have excellent customer service skillsTHE PERKS!
