The Organ Pathophysiology Therapeutics Institute (OPTIn) is searching for an Administrative Assistant (AA) to the Director of the Organ Pathophysiology Therapeutics Institute (OPTIn) and Director of the Pittsburgh Liver Research Center and the Associate Dean of Research for the Pitt School of Medicine. The incumbent will manage the Director's calendar, monitor the Director's email; maintain Director's Biosketch; CV and Other Support documents; schedule travel for the Director and other OPTIn faculty. Other duties include coordinating and scheduling speaker visits; coordinating/scheduling meetings and conference room calendar; preparing requests for disbursements; processing T&B's for OPTIn personnel; coordinating training for OPTIn faculty and staff; coordinating faculty performance evaluations; interfacing with building management and University facilities management and maintenance as needed for maintenance issues; and other tasks as defined by the Director. Incumbent must be highly organized and self-motivated with excellent communication skills. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor degree in a relevant field.Job Summary

Must be able to travel between buildings on campus.
