Hire Type:
Direct hire with benefits from day 1 and almost 100% coverage! In addition to 11 paid holidays, 2 weeks vacations, 401K, etc.
Mon-Thur, 4PM to 2:30AM, and Fri 2PM to 9PM. Train on days Mon-Thur 6AM to 4:30PM, and Fri 6AM to 1PM.
$21.00 + $1.50 shift differential once training is complete
$1 increase after 90 days
Eligible for quarterly production bonuses
Job Summary:
Operation of a machine in a production shop environment working with steel materials to produce tracks and crossings.
Job Duties:
Machine steel parts and rail according to specificationRead and interpret blueprintsUse digital calipers to ensure accuracyOperate overhead cranesComplete production reports with accuracyQualifications:
HS Diploma or GEDMinimum 6 months of manufacturing and/or machine operator experienceMust be able to read and use tape measureStrong attention to detailMust be quality oriented and a team playerQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
