The gorgeous lakeside city of Madison, Wisconsin is seeking two Child / Adolescent Psychiatrists to join a cohesive behavioral health team. Work 32 full time hours per week in an all-outpatient setting with rotating weekend calls ONLY. This position offers a flexible schedule, $265,000 income guarantee, and a massive $150,000 sign-on bonus. Flexible outreach opportunities are available as well Practice details include: 1:6 Call Ratio Join an experienced and cohesive behavioral health team consisting of 15 Psychiatrists and approximately 35 Psychotherapists (Masters Therapists and Psychologists) in an outpatient setting. Outpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists focus primarily on medication management and occasional psychotherapy needs of our general child patient population. This position offers flexible scheduling options and niche practice buildout. Full time staff work 4.5 days a week and NO nightly call requirements as night call is supported by their Telepsych partner starting at 5 p.m. until 8 a.m. each morning.
