Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Blender to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The Blender will play a crucial role in the production process by accurately blending and mixing pharmaceutical ingredients to ensure the quality and consistency of our products.
salary: $18 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High School
Responsibilities
Operate blending equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to mix pharmaceutical ingredients accurately.Follow batch records and recipes to ensure precise measurements and proportions of ingredients.Monitor blending processes, including temperature, time, and speed, to achieve desired results.Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on equipment and blended products to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with quality control and assurance teams to address any deviations or discrepancies during the blending process.Maintain cleanliness and organization of blending equipment and work area to meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.Complete production documentation and records accurately and in a timely manner.Skills
