The Internal Control Implementation Director provides direction and oversight for master file activities and other internal control functions supporting facility implementations. The director is responsible for developing and directing the loading, management and synchronization of master files and coordinating education services and training. The director will be responsible for the facility implementation process, directing team efforts with facility personnel and corporate departments to ensure a smooth transition to our standard supply chain systems. The director will also be responsible for developing processes and training materials for implementing facilities in an efficient and effective manner. The Internal Control Implementation Director will direct the daily activities of the Internal Control Implementation team, ensuring that all activities are processed timely and in compliance with policies and procedures.What you will do in this role includes:Direct, oversee and coordinate information requirements and data management for facility Acquisitions and DivestituresDirect and oversee the implementation of Supply Chain systems for new COIDs, including COID setup, Items, Vendors, general ledger accounts and Chargemaster dataOversee review of master files and reporting to ensure accurate, complete and updated informationFacilitate the development of training materials utilized to support system and internal control process implementation with the hospital Supply Chain, Nursing, I.S., other hospital users, and corporate usersOversee the implementation project plans and resolution of issues to ensure timely and accurate implementation.Provide direction, support and training for SMART system implementation to facility and supply chain teamsOptimize the use of the SMART system by maximizing EDI, automated invoicing and automated ordering and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the SMART systemFacilitate the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, goals and objectives to meet the department's missionComply with and enforce all internal control and legal policies, including the physician owned / physician related policies (LL.001, LL.027, LL.029)Ensure the day-to-day activities of the internal control implementation team are managed. Oversee the hiring, development, and training of personnel, and provide a reservoir of professional talentCollaborates with corporate supply chain and CSC leadership to develop strategic direction, operational improvements and sharing of best practices.Maintain a high degree of communication, cooperation and coordination with facility and CSC staff and user departmentsMaintain good records and controls which provide an audit trail for all duties performed

What Qualifications you will need:Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or similar field Required7+ years of Supply chain experience in a progressive and integrated material management environment RequiredExperience in Chargemaster management PreferredExperience in Healthcare or related supply industries PreferredHealthTrust Supply Chain
