What is a manager?

The

Manager

is one who supervises the restaurant, ensuring excellent service and optimum profitability by running efficient and effective shifts. You have the authority to make certain decisions that affect employee and guest satisfaction. Scheduling and Inventory responsibilities, as well as training opportunities.

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operations of the restaurant. This involves knowing all skill positions and the sequence of service from greeting the guest to exit greetings. Ensure operating shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllable, and sales growth.

To become a Manager, you must:

Have prior fast food/restaurant manager work experience (1 year or more preferred)Be at least 18 years oldBe able to work under pressureFollow specifications, policies, and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual provided by the OwnerBe able to work in a team environment and promote productivityBe an effective communicatorHave a good attitudeBe reliableMaintain an organized and Food Safety compliant work areaRepresent Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive manner at all timesExecute the Firehouse Subs Brand Standard
