We are seeking a talented Strategic Finance Analyst to join our team in the US. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the key financial partner to the Sales organization.
With data-driven insights, you will help the Sales leadership optimize investments and support strategic initiatives that drive growth. Your expertise will guide financial planning and empower sales leaders to make impactful decisions.
You will be responsible for new logo ARR forecasting, strategic analyses, and financial planning.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, thrives in uncertainty, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. A keen interest in SaaS, Sales, and strong analytical skills is essential.What you'll doServe as a Strategic Finance partner to our Revenue Operations team and Sales organizationEvaluate new initiatives and Inform strategic and investment decisions through analysis and financial business case developmentOwn forecasting and target setting for all lead generation and sales funnel metricsPartner with the Revenue Operations team to evaluate Sales unit economics, navigate growth / profitability tradeoffs, and set headcount targetsDevelop and evolve scalable processes to effectively plan and manage headcount and operating expenditure budgets for the Sales organizationCollaborate closely with the larger Strategic Finance team, including marketing finance, product finance, and corporate functionsWhat you'll need5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, PE/Venture Capital, or Strategic Finance within high-growth environmentsProven ability to influence and build relationships with senior executivesExpertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and sensitivity analysisAbility to manage complex datasets using e.g. Snowflake, SQL, Looker, PigmentFamiliarity with SaaS metrics, including CAC and LTVTrack record of assessing funnel performance and sales efficiencyAdaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindsetExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teamsWhat's in it for you401k matching + Competitive equity packageExcellent Medical, Dental and Vision health benefitsFertility & Family Forming BenefitsFlexible time offLunch, snacks and drinks provided in the officeWellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowanceAnnual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and careerUp to $2,000 of charitable donation matches each yearThe reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations.
