Overhill Farms is a leading custom manufacturer of high quality prepared frozen foods, serving customers in the branded retail, private label and foodservice sectors. We provide a one-stop solution that offers new product development or precise replication of existing recipes as well as product manufacturing and packaging. Our custom product lines include poultry, meat and fish specialties, pastas, soups, sauces, certified organic and vegetarian offerings. These can be prepared as entres, plated meals or bulk-packed meal components.

REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or GEDKnowledge on computerAble to read and write EnglishPrevious operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experienceWillingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate HMI, analyze and make adjustment on the HMIOperate multiple equipment in the PackoutSetup and change over equipmentOperate high speed equipment such as Case PackerClear jammed and restart equipmentPerform daily lubrication PM on equipment'sLoads corrugate onto machineOperate machinery and equipment according to instructionsAbility to maintain 2-3 equipment running at the same time.Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to SupervisorComply with all GMP, safety, and health regulationsClean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area
