The General Manager has the responsibility for overseeing all staff, budgets and operations of their business unit. You will be responsible for running day-to-day activities at your store and ensure that our personnel and our product are top notch. This role will report directly to their respective Operating Partner. This role entails an on-site position. Must have a flexible schedule with nights and weekends being required.

The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position:Must be eligible to work in the United StatesPreferred: Previous General Manager or Asst. GM experienceEssential Job Functions:
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Oversee, evaluate and improve day-to-day operations through policies and processesDesign strategy and set goals for growthMaintain budgets and optimize expensesEnsure employees work productively and leaders develop professionallyManage recruitment, training and assessment of employeesPrepare regular reports for upper managementEnsure staff follows health and safety regulationsProvide solutions to issues with a sense of urgency (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)Compensation Package:
