Job Description:Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.Required Education:High school diploma or equivalent.Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).Work Experience:Minimum of 6 months experience.One(+) year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred.Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.Additional Job Details: "Includes Saturday rotation that can be at a different locationManager will not consider candidates with less than 1 year of phlebotomy experience unless they have outstanding computer skills and personality."Looking for candidates in St Pete or ClearwaterMust list home city on resume - rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in resume.Overlapping roles do not count twice.Please refer to the Southeast rate card breakdown provided by Broadleaf, if any questions.Candidate must have reliable transportation to get to/from worksite without issue (bus, Uber, rideshare is not reliable transportation).Must be available to work whenever scheduled, BE ON TIME, and stay for the entire shift.Excessive absenteeism/tardiness is not tolerated and will be cause for terminationPlease ensure that you are verifying the commute time to/from the physical work location when submitting candidates.
