The Phlebotomist II is responsible for collecting venous and capillary blood specimens from patients in a safe and accurate manner according to established lab policies and practices, additional is responsible for maintaining inventory, dispatch scheduling and Epic registration.Demonstrates H3W behaviors with a focus on excellent patient exceptional patience and quality
service and
outcomes.QualificationsHigh School graduate or equivalent or successful completion of Phlebotomy program1 year phlebotomy experienceKnowledge of venipuncture techniquesExcellent customer service skills with a professional attitudeGood keyboarding skills with ability to learn various laboratory application and HHC computer systemsContinuous improvement mindsetAbility to handle different patient population including difficult patients.Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skillsAbility to operate required lab equipment including pneumatic tube
