Deal Desk Analyst II

Entrata is seeking a meticulous and analytical Deal Desk Analyst II to join our team in Lehi, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team by optimizing deal structures and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes and drive efficiency in deal management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading software provider in the property management industry.
Responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to structure and validate deal proposals.Provide guidance and support on deal structuring and pricing strategies.Monitor deal performance and provide insights and recommendations.Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and legal teams to address and resolve deal-related issues.Partner with Sales Operations to develop and deliver training materials to educate sales teams on deal desk processes and best practices.Analyze reports on deal metrics, pipeline trends, and sales performance.Ensure compliance with company policies in all deal-related activities.Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to enhance deal desk operations.Understand product pricing and billing models and the related revenue generated from each.Act as a Sales-facing subject matter expert on deal structuring, processes, and policies.Drive operational consistency by being a CPQ power user.Clarify, educate, and gather feedback from the sales team regarding policies.>
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or financial analysis role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.>
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the software or technology industry, particularly in a SaaS environment.Knowledge of CRM systems and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ).Familiarity with financial modeling and pricing strategies.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Self Starter, sound decision-making skills, and a strong focus on attention to detail.>
