Our team loves to teach people who love to learn. Must be able to work on your feet for 10 hour shifts, and be able to regularly and easily lift 50 lbs .We follow GMP's which means no food or jewelry in the work area and strict uniform and hygiene practices.

Summary: Mixing Operators

- follow detailed instructions to add the pre-measured raw materials in to and operate large blenders to mix batches of materials. Mixers also fully clean the blender and the room in between products. This job requires a lot of lifting, working with powders, working at heights and working closely with a team.

Available Work Schedules:

2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday, 3:45pm-2:15am (occasional overtime on Fridays may be required)Essential Job Responsibilities

- will include, but are not limited to:

Clean all areas and equipment to be used, verifying it is free of contaminantsAssemble/disassemble equipment according to established proceduresVerify that all necessary materials are correct, present, released, and within the expiration periodVerify all ingredients being sure they match the batch recordNotify QA to verify and select items to be checkedSegregate items to mixing specificationsPrepare clean empty drums with new liners and yellow labelsOpen bags, boxes and other containers into the blenderFollow blending instructionsDischarge blended powders into drumsWeigh drums individually and all together to recording then verify the weightLabel all containers appropriately including: product name, Lot number, weight, number of dosesUse log books to document raw materials, equipment, product output, product tracking, etc.Assure that products leaving the department are stored in the proper areasMaintain a clear understanding of the company GMPsFollow all safety policies and ensure work environment is free of safety hazardsMinimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to read and write basic EnglishAbility to lift 50lbs from ground to waist frequentlyMust not be afraid of heightsBasic math knowledge (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Ability to work 10 hours a day standing upCompetencies:

1st Shift: $18.50/ hour2nd Shift: $19.50/ hour
