Sanitation Tech I - Night Shift

Our Sanitation Techs are a cornerstone to our success as a plantboth to ensure a safe & clean facility, but also for the advancement of our processes and pushing benchmarks for our Master Sanitation schedule. While this role requires basic cleaning procedures and common plant auditing, ideal candidates will succeed on our team if they enjoy variety and are driven by a sense of accomplishment. We are also looking for team members who bring an open mind for learning and continuous improvement.

Must be willing to be boom lift/manlift certified, heights up to 30ft.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Ensuring that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) guidelines are adhered toFollow cleaning procedures using established benchmarks and SSOPsMonitor waste water production and reductionAssist all production areas in sanitation practicesWashing all plant equipment as required.Ensure compliance with production and industry standards (USFDA, NOP Organic)Process tasks under the Pest Management Action PlanParticipate in monthly internal plant audits and Continuous Improvement teamsCalling for cardboard, trash, plastic, and wastewaterWorking in a team environment to decrease production downtimePath for Success:

High school diploma or GED preferredAbility to pass in-house certification tests for operation scissor lifts and boom trucksBasic math and computer skills requiredThe ability to communicate and understand verbal directions effectively and efficiently in the English language, both verbal and writtenWage:

$20.25/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential between 6PM - 6AM

Shift:

4 on/4 off 6PM-6:30AM
