Technical Specialist - Print and Mail ServicesBoise, ID (onsite)
Client is looking for a Technical Specialist to handle Print and Mail Services at our Boise, ID location. The role involves significant physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs (assistance available), standing, and walking.
ResponsibilitiesFollow instructions from the on-site Ricoh manager.Provide basic print and mail services.Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot office and technical equipment.Maintain high-quality work and meet deadlines.Manage inventories and order equipment parts as needed.Present a professional appearance and maintain a clean workspace.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform basic repairs.Organize jobs by reading instructions and preparing supplies.Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of related experience (5 years preferred).Strong customer service and organizational skills.Ability to use, calibrate, and troubleshoot office and complex technical equipment.Experience with copy, print, and mail services.Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.
