QualificationsThey should possess a high degree of operational knowledge within at least one of the following areas: Claims / Encounters, Provider/Network, Clinical, Customer Service, Digital, Enrollment, Finance, Sales & Benefits, or Data MigrationThe ideal candidate must know how to take initiate, and a self-starterThey should have a strong background in project implementations, requirements gathering & documentation, testing, Operations functions, QNXT, Commercial LOBs, communication, and most importantly have a strong work ethicResponsibilities
These positions will be responsible for the implementation and support of quality initiatives within assigned areas, specifically to support the implementation of Commercial LOBs into QNXTThese Configuration Analysts will serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and IT for business definition, scope, testing and implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer knowledge to improve business practices
